Project approach

This collaborative consulting project for a utility provider evaluates IT‑related risks—including ransomware, nation‑state APTs and insider threats—and proposes a comprehensive business continuity strategy. The report covers risk assessment, threat analysis, mitigation, business impact analysis and detailed continuity planning with incident response, communication, redundancy and recovery steps.
